Peace of Mind Services is a will writing and estate planning company that provides Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, and support to bereaved families within the London and the M25 area.

The company was set up in October 2009 by Vanessa Blythe who is a qualified and experienced will writer and consultant based in the Croydon area.

We are members of the Society of Will Writers and we operate according to the Society’s Code of Conduct that requires its members to ensure that Professional Indemnity Cover and Public Liability Insurance are in place so that clients can be assured that they are doing business with a company that is safe to do business with.  The company is also registered with the Government Data Protection Agency ICO and fully complies with GDPR.

We are committed to providing an efficient, cost effective and quality service. We visit you in your own home (which means that you don’t need to take time off work if you don’t want to!) or at a place that is convenient to you. We take the time to meet with individuals, couples and families young and old, to help them put their house in order for their own ‘peace of mind’.

We also have a network of trusted partners who help us to help you manage your Estate for example Independent Financial Advisors, Independent Mortgage Advisors, Accountants and Probate Specialists.

• We hold and maintain Professional Indemnity Insurance cover of £2,500,000 and Public Liability Insurance cover of £5,000,000.
• We offer a fixed fee for our services so that you’ll always know exactly how much you are spending.
• We provide a home-visit service by appointment – day or evening – whatever is most convenient for you.
